ORDER:

On the request of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and to stand disposed of. The Respondent No.3 Special Land Acquisition Officer No.4 is permitted to withdraw the amount alongwith the accrued interest deposited 1/2

k 2/2 2 wp 4339.10 as.doc in this Court pursuant to the order dated 17 December 2012 and order dated 20 March 2014 passed by this Court.

We record the statement of the learned AGP that the Application for withdrawal of the amount shall be made within two weeks from today. After the withdrawal of the amount by the Respondent No.3-Special Land Acquisition Officer No.4, the same shall be disbursed in accordance with law.
