The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicants Mr. Gole states that in view of the supervening event of the charge sheet being filed, the Applicants would withdraw the above Criminal Application and would file an appropriate application before the Trial Court for discharge. The above Criminal Application is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.

If any application for discharge is filed, needless to state that the same would be heard and decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.
