By the above Miscellaneous Civil Application filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the Respondent-husband seeks transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.51 of 2015 filed by the Applicant-wife seeking dissolution of marriage between the Applicant and the Respondent pending before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Satara to the Family Court at Pune. Following order is passed, by consent.

(i) The Civil Judge, Senior Division at Satara shall conduct the proceedings in Hindu Marriage Petition No.51 of 2015 through video-conferencing. (ii) The Civil Judge, Senior Division at Satara shall not grant adjournment to either side unless absolutely necessary. (iii) The parties too shall not apply for adjournment unless absolutely

(iv) All contentions of the parties are kept open. (v) The Civil Judge, Senior Division at Satara shall endevour to dispose off the Hindu Marriage Petition No.51 of 2015 within a period of four months from the date of this Order.

The above Miscellaneous Civil Application No.3 of 2016 is accordingly disposed off.
