Petitioner is making grievance about the oral termination effected by the management The petitioner is covered by the provisions of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977. In view of the provisions of section 9 of the aforesaid Act, the petitioner has alternate remedy available for grievance redressal. In view of above, keeping option open to the petitioner to avail of alternate remedy available in law, writ petition is disposed of. All contentions raised by the Petitioner in the instant petition are specifically kept open for consideration by the Appellate Forum.
