11.CRA65_2015 & Ors..doc order dated 24th December, 2014 passed by the learned Judge of the City Civil Court, Borivili Division, Dindoshi wherein in view of the order on preliminary issue, S.C. Suit Nos. 362 of 2007, 363 of 2007 and 364 of 2007 were dismissed for want of jurisdiction. 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for respondent No. 7/original defendant No. 7 that the suits are dismissed finally and therefore, the order is to be challenged by filing First Appeal. 5.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for respondent No. 7 and so also as the learned counsel for the applicant is not present, all these Civil Revision Applications are dismissed.
