This Application is moved for bringing the legal heirs of deceased applicant-Surendra Yashwant Deole on record. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicant-Surendra Yashwant Deole expired on 9th June, 2011. He submitted that there is a delay of 107 days in filing this Application. The deceased applicant was the immediate relative of the proposed applicants and hence the delay is caused.

In view of the submissions, Civil Application for bringing legal heirs of deceased applicant on record is allowed. The amendment is to be carried out within two weeks from today.
