This Court in the order dated 6th December 2017 has recorded that the respondent is served and that affidavit of service be filed within a week's time. Learned Counsel for the applicant has tendered affidavit of service which is taken on record. By this application, the applicant prays for early hearing of the writ petition. As also there is a prayer made that the applicant be permitted to allow to withdraw compensation amount deposited by
52-caw 2813-17 the petitioner till date.

Though the respondents are served, they have chosen not to appear. The averments made in the application are therefore, taken as admitted. For the reasons set out in the application and more particularly averments made in paragraphs 6 to 9 of the application, it is in the interest of the justice that this application ought to be allowed. It is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). No costs.
