The Applicant is the Appellant in Criminal Appeal No.952 of 2015. The Applicant is represented in the Appeal by the Advocate appointed by High Court Legal Services Committee.

Now by this Criminal Application, which is forwarded by the Applicant through jail, he wants to appoint Shri Vipul Vijayanand Dushing and Shri Satyavrat Joshi as his advocates. As the Applicant wants to engage the said two advocates at his own cost, we discharge Advocate Shri Ashok Toraskar who was appointed to espouse the cause of the present Applicant in Appeal.
