We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition as inspite of the judgment of this Court in the case "Maqbul Ahmed Miya Girav Vs. Hidayatulla Baldi & Anr." reported in "1993(1)Bom.C.R. 386" as referred also in representation dated 9th November,2015, no action is taken and/or the proceedings are not completed. However, at this stage in the interest of justice, we are inclined to direct Respondent No.1 to decide the representation in accordance with law.
