Learned counsel for the Petitioner, having taken instructions from his client, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make a representation to Respondent Nos.6 and 7 regarding the grievance made in this writ petition. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted.

In the event such a representation is made by the Petitioner, Respondent No.6/7 shall decide the same independently, on its own merits, in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the period of eight weeks from the date of receipt such representation.
