In Crime No. 194/2018 registered with Kurduwadi Police Station, Dist. Solapur for offence punishable under Sections 324, 452, 327, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail.

Apart from cross complaint bearing Crime No. 193/2018, the fact remains that complainant has suffered simple injuries. Sons of the applicant in crime no. 193/2018 are granted pre-arrest bail by

2 31.2246.18 aba.doc this Court. In the aforesaid background, application for grant of prearrest bail is made out. Hence, following order: (A) In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No. 194/2018 registered with Kurduwadi Police Station, Dist. Solapur, applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(B) Applicant shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.

(C) Applicant shall attend Investigating Officer on 08/02/2019, 11/02/2019 and 13/02/2019 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.

(D) Till filing of charge-sheet, applicant shall remain outside the jurisdiction of Kurduwadi Police Station. Application stands disposed of.
