Our attention is invited to various documents annexed to the writ petition at pages 25 to 30 and 40 by the learned counsel for the petitioner in support of the submission that though various proposals are sent by the management and recommended by the Deputy Director of Education / Direction of Education, all these proposals are still pending for last several years. 2.

We accordingly direct the respondent nos.2 and 3 to consider those proposals sent by the management and recommended by the Deputy Director of Education / Direction of 1/2

4-wp2413-20.doc Education for the post of Peon in the respondent no.6 - school within four weeks from today. The order that would be passed shall be conveyed to the petitioner as well as to the management within one week thereafter.

It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted to dispose of the proposals made by the management to the authorities. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order that would be passed by the authorities, the petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
