The learned Counsel for parties state that the parties have amicably resolved the dispute and Civil Application as well as Civil Revision Application can be disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. The learned Counsel for parties state that all concerns have signed the Consent Terms and the Consent Terms have explained to them. At the request of learned Counsel for parties, the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as "X".

The Civil Revision Application and Civil Application stand disposed of in terms of Consent Terms. It is clarified that the Consent Terms will be binding only among those who have signed the Consent Terms and the Consent Terms will not permit the parties to override any position of law.
