By this Interim Application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 38 days in filing the present Interim Application as well as for restoration of the First Appeal by setting aside the conditional order dated 23rd September, 2002 passed by the Registrar (Judicial II).

I am satisfied with the averments in the Interim 1/2

The Applicants / Appellants should not be made to suffer on account of the default of the clerk of the Advocate who inspite of repeated requests had not removed the office objections. Hence the following order:- (i) The delay in filing Interim Application is condoned. (ii) The First Appeal is restored to file by setting aside conditional order dated 23rd September, 2022 passed by the Registrar (Judicial II) of this Court.
