Since the petitioners claim to be the seniors and also claim promotion on the post of Supervisor - Bit Officer, the Education Officer is directed to hear the petitioners at the time of deciding the issue of seniority, as directed in Writ Petition Nos.10238 of 2013, 10235 of 2013, 10236 of 2013, 10239 of 2013 and 10241 of 2013.
