This is an application for modification of condition of the bail granted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court, Dindoshi.

Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the applicant/accused as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State.

It is seen by the Order dated 9th November 2017 that the learned Additional Sessions Judge has directed release of applicants herein on bail on executing P. R. Bond of Rs.30,000/- Gaikwad RD 1/2

(905)APPLNNo.6552017 with one surety in like amount by each of them. All applicants are members of the same family and they are behind bars. It is not possible for them to arrange for the surety. In this view of the matter, the following Order :

(i) Condition No.2 of the Order dated 9th November 2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi in Criminal Bail Application No.692 of 2017 is modified temporary to the effect that initially, for a period of four weeks, all applicants be released on furnishing cash security of Rs.30,000/- by each of them, in order to enable them to arrange for the sureties as directed.
