In view of the judgment of the Apex Court reported in 1996(3) SCR 300 in the matter of Sheodan Singh Vs. Daryao Kunvar, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the above Petition to file a Second Appeal. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
