P.C:- This Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeks a directions to the Respondent No.2 to issue a 'C' form under the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 (the Act).

Petitioner had made a several representation. The last representation is made on 17th September, 2018 to the Respondent No.2 - justifying its claim for issuance of 'C' form. Ms. Vyas, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 on instructions of Mr. Rajiv Jalota, Commissioner of State Tax, state that the Petitioner's representation would be disposed of within a period of four weeks from today, after hearing the Petitioner. In view of the statement made on instructions on behalf of the Respondents, Petitioner withdraws this Petition. S.R.JOSHI

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
