The learned AGP submits that in case the society does not comply with the order passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, then necessary action will be taken in accordance with law against the society. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that despite the order passed, the Petitioner has not been registered as a member of the society. Learned counsel appearing for the society submits that the Petitioner has not tendered no objection from the daughter or sister of the Petitioner.
