These applications are for restoration of First Appeals filed by land owners. Registrar Judicial(II) has granted 4 weeks time for removing office objections with a condition that if office objections are not removed registration of First Appeal Stamp shall stand refused. The objections were not removed, consequently, registration of First Appeals is refused. 2.

Heard Ms. Parab for the applicants and Mr. Patil, AGP for the Respondent. It is stated that applicants are ready to remove all office objections within a period of 4 weeks.

In my considered view, opportunity has to be given to the land

3/3 owners to agitate before the Court. In that view of the matter, Applications are allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs.1000/- each to the Legal Aid Committee of the High Court within a period of 3 weeks from today. Civil Applications are allowed and disposed of.
