It is submitted that on petitioners submitting comprehensive representations within two weeks, the respondents 1 and 2 would look into the representations on its own merits. In case it is found necessary then petitioners' would be heard personally and thereafter appropriate decision would be taken. The decision be communicated to the petitioners.
