By this petition, petitioner is challenging notice under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. By the said notice, petitioner is asked to show cause as to why he should not be ordered to execute bonds for keeping the peace for a period not exceeding 12 months. Petitioner is challenging the said notice on the ground that he is social worker and he has lodged several complaints against Liyakat Shaikh at whose instance notice impugned in this petition has been issued. In our considered opinion, petitioner can file reply to the aforesaid show-cause notice as to why action should not be taken against him Shivgan 1/2
