By this application the first informant upon whose complaint/ information Crime No.135 of 2014 was registered with Palghar Police Station for offences punishable under sections 465, 467, 468, 471, etc. r/w. section 34 of the IPC, has approached this Court for cancellation of bail on the count of bail being granted on the count of illness of the accused- Mijaj M. Dolare. 2.

Learned counsel Mr. M.S. Mohite, upon instructions from Mr.S.S. Joshi, advocate, states that State has moved for cancellation of bail before the Court of Sessions and the said application is Megha
