Pursuant to an order on mediation passed in the matters by this court, Mr.Jalisatgi, learned Advocate, who was appointed as a Mediator, has had meetings and successfully brought out an agreement between the parties, who have now signed Consent Minutes of Order. The Consent Minutes of Order together with their annexures are taken on record, marked "X" for identification. The statements and undertakings contained therein are accepted and the writ petitions together with the civil applications and the contempt petition are disposed of in terms of the Consent Minutes of Order.
