The relief sought in the above petition is a direction to the Respondent No.2 to decide the Show Cause Notice dated 26/07/2016 expeditiously. The Show Cause Notice is at Exh.I to the petition and addressed to the Secretary, Indradhanu Palace CHS Ltd. 2.
The learned AGP, on instructions, states that the said Show Cause Notice was replied to by the Society in question in which URS
2 WP 1626-17.doc-902 reply the Society mentioned that a dispute under Section 91 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act is pending. The learned AGP further states that by a letter dated 07/04/2017 the Petitioners were informed of the same.

The learned Counsel Mr. Kandarkar for the Petitioners states that he has no instructions whether the Petitioners have, in fact, received the reply dated 07/04/2017 from the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies. 4.
Be that as it may, we direct the Respondent No.2 to communicate to the Petitioners the steps taken pursuant to the said Show Cause Notice.

With the direction as aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
