The applicant was an accused in Sessions Case No. 185 of 2016 whereby the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur has sentenced him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 10 years. By this application, the applicant has sought condonation of delay of 45 days in filing the appeal.

For the reasons stated in paragraph 2 of the application, in my considered view, sufficient ground is made out. Delay in filing the appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered.
