Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petition is filed for challenging the order dated 30 September 2014 in respect of seeking interim order to restrain the respondents from entering into a settlement. He states that the petition has become infructuous as the respondents have arrived at some settlement. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
