Grievance is directions issued by trial Court under Section 156(3) of the Cr. P. C. dated 16.10.2014 have not been implemented till date.

Learned APP upon instructions states that that investigation into the crime is over and for proceeding further, against first two accused who are officers of MHADA, approval of MHADA has been sought. It is still awaited. Learned APP also adds that insofar as a private person is concerned, Charge-sheet

WP 4843-17.doc will be presented within next one week.

Learned counsel for Petitioner submits that officers of MHADA are already shown as accused before learned JMFC and hence, there is no question of any approval or sanction. We keep that contention open.

The Charge-sheet against private individual shall be presented within one week. We also direct Respondents to expedite the process of obtaining approval / sanction from MHADA by sending appropriate reminder to them. 5.

With liberty to Petitioner to approach again, if his grievance is not redressed within reasonable time, we dispose of Petition.
