For the reasons stated in the order passed by this Court on 29th November 2016 in Civil Application No.2833 of 2016 and other civil applications filed in various petitions, we dispose of this civil application by granting interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a), subject to the condition that neither the applicant - petitioner nor the other students whose results will be declared shall claim any equity on the basis of this order. The declaration of the results shall be subject to final outcome of
