By this application, the applicant has sought to restore the appeal which was dismissed for non compliance of the conditional order dated 13.03.2023. The records indicate that the applicant had filed the second appeal, and the registry had raised an objection that there was one day delay in filing the second appeal. The appellant was granted time to remove the said objection. Since the applicant did not remove the office objection, the registration of the second appeal has been refused. 2.
