At the outset, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that he is not pressing this petition so far as Petitioner No.1 is concerned. Hence, the petition as against Petitioner No. 1 is dismissed as not pressed. 2.
So far as Petitioner No.2 is concerned, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file discharge application before the trial Court. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such. Such discharge application of Petitioner No.2, if filed, shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.
