The learned Counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the application with further liberty to appear before the concerned Magistrate. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice.

The applicant shall appear before the Magistrate on or before 27/6/2018. The applicant stands protected till 5 p.m. of 27/6/2018. In the eventuality that the applicant does not surrender, the investigating agency would be at liberty to arrest the applicant. Talwalkar
