The parties have settled their dispute amicably and filed consent terms, dated 24th April, 2015, which read as under :- "... 4(a) The appellant permanently and irrevocably waives her and her son, Aditya's right of past, present and future maintenance and the appellant also waives her right of permanent alimony, even under changed circumstances. The respondent irrevocably agrees and accepts to the same.

(b) The respondent permanently and irrevocably waives the rights of access, visitation and /or custody of the child, Aditya in any manner whatsoever even under the changed circumstances. The appellant irrevocably agrees and accepts the same.

(c) The permanent and exclusive custody of the child, Aditya shall be with the appellant.

(d) The marriage of the appellant and the respondent dated 27.04.1997 between the parties shall stand dissolved. (e) The appellant and respondent shall withdraw the allegations made against each other in proceedings. (f) The appellant and respondent do hereby give up their right of past, present and future maintenance against each other.

(g) The appellant and respondent hereby undertakes to this Hon'ble Court not to interfere in each other's life in any manner whatsoever.

(h) There are no exchanges pending between the parties and there are no claims against each other, claims if any stands waived.

(i) Both the parties will to bear their costs."

The consent terms are singed by the appellant and respondent along with their respective counsel. Both the

appellant and respondent are present in the Court. On specific query made by us, they confirmed the contents of the consent terms and have stated that they have no objection to dispose of the appeal in terms of the consent terms. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 3.

The Family Court Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms dated 24th April, 2015. Decree be drawn accordingly.
