M. S. SONAK, J.
DATE : 16 NOVEMBER 2015.
P.C. :- 1] The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 5 June 2014, by which the Minister (Revenue) has directed the maintenance of status quo pending disposal of Appeal No.6006 of 2014 instituted by Respondent No.1.
2] There is no reason to interfere with the impugned order, which is only an interim order. However, the learned counsel for the Petitioner is right that the Appeal is required to be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.
3] Accordingly, the directions are issued for expeditious disposal of Appeal No. 6006 of 2014. The said Appeal is directed to be disposed of within a period of three months from today. Further, the 1/2
DSS 65-wp-1761-15 Petitioner, who has already filed his representation before the Minister (Revenue), is permitted to intervene in the matter and make his submissions therein.
4] It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter and therefore all contentions of all parties are kept open for decision by the Minister (Revenue).
5] With the aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed off. 6] All concerned to act on the basis of authenticated copy of this order.
