This Petition was dismissed for non prosecution by order dated 19 October 2023. It was not solely for the default of the advocate for the Petitioners for non appearance on that date but, because of the default on the part of the Petitioners, which was noted in the earlier order.

In the light thereof, the Writ Petition is restored. List the Writ Petition on Board on 31 January 2024. If the date of contempt proceedings pending before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai, prior to the next date, it is open to the Petitioners to seek adjournment therein. Interim Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
