DATED : 15 JANUARY 2024 P.C. :- The petitioner has sought to quash Criminal Case No. 1362 of 2022 arising from Crime No. 199 of 2021 registered with Kothrud Police Station for offence under Sections 498-A, 354D, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record copy of the judgment dated 15 September 2023 in Criminal Case No. 1362 of 2022 passed by the learned Magistrate, Pune acquitting the petitioner of all the charges. In view of this, Petition has rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
