Heard. None for the Respondent. By this Civil Application, the Applicant Insurance Co. seeks condonation of 112 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 15.03.2018 passed by the MACT, Palghar in MACP No.91/2011.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the reasons disclosed in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 112 days in filing the present First Appeal."
