DATED :- JUNE 10, 2015 P.C. :- The only relief that is sought in this Writ Petition is that no decision has been taken on a representation, copy of which is annexed as Annexure 'A' at pages 16 and 17 of the paper book, by the Competent Authority. The Writ Petition was called out in the morning session and we directed orally Mr. Thadani appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to take instructions from the Competent Authority as to when decision will be taken by it on this pending representation and after hearing all affected parties.

WP.11501.2014.9.doc 2) When the Writ Petition is called out in the afternoon session, Mr. Thadani states that the Competent Authority will take a decision on the subject representation and after hearing all parties within a period of eights weeks from today. We accept this statement of Shri. Thadani as an undertaking given to this Court. 3) To facilitate the Competent Authority to deal with and dispose of the representation in terms of our direction, all parties shall appear before the said authority on 19th June, 2015 at 10.30 a.m. We clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on the rival contentions including the merits of the representation and the jurisdiction of the Competent Authority.
