We are informed that since the revision application is pending before the Hon'ble Minister for State Excise, we direct the said authority to decide the Petitioners' revision / appeal within two weeks, and also take a decision. If he is unable to decide the same within 2 weeks, we will consider the Petitioners' application for grant of interim relief.
