This Application is moved for restoration of First Appeal and setting aside the order dated 8th September, 2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II). The First Appeal was dismissed for want of not taking steps on unserved and for not removing the office objections.

The learned counsel for the applicant/insurance company is ready to remove the office objections and also to serve respondent no. 2.

In view of this submission, the order dated 8th September, 2017 is hereby set aside. First Appeal is restored to its original file along with the orders passed therein. The applicant/appellant shall remove all the office objections and serve respondent no. 2 within 5 weeks. If the objections are not removed within the stipulated time, the Appeal shall stand dismissed forthwith without further referring to the Court.

The insurance company is directed to deposit the entire amount of the award along with interest accrued thereon, if not deposited.
