It is submitted by the learned advocate for the respondents (Corporation) that the show-cause notice issued to the petitioner and assailed in the present writ petition is withdrawn on 28th March 2023.

In light of that the grievance of the petitioner now does not subsist. In case a fresh show-cause notice is issued to the petitioner, it is for the petitioner to take appropriate steps against the same.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
