C.:- 1) Mrs.Takalkar, learned A.P.P. on instructions submitted that, after completion of the investigation in present crime, the police have submitted charge-sheet on 15th July 2016, in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, 2nd Court, Thane and same has been numbered as R.C.C.No.1165 of 2016.

2) In view thereof the Petitioner is having alternative statutory remedy under the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, before the trial Court.
