Heard learned counsel for the parties.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioners prays for an order and directions against respondent no. 4 to decide the representations made by the petitioner in view of the fact that the transfers are likely to take place any moment. 3.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, states that though the petitioners have already made

WP 1708-21.odt representation referred in prayer clause (B) of the petition, the petitioners would file fresh representation within one week from today and would rely upon the relevant Government Resolutions and other supporting documents in support of such representations with respondent no. 4. Statement is accepted. 4.

A copy of the representation shall also be served upon respondents no. 1 and 2. Respondent no. 4 to decide the said representation after rendering a personal hearing to the petitioners and respondents no. 1 and 2 and shall pass an appropriate order on such representation after considering the representation, the documents as would be relied upon by the parties and after considering their oral submissions and shall pass an appropriate order within six weeks from today. The order that would be passed shall be communicated to the petitioners as well as respondents no. 1 and 2 within one week from the date of passing such order. The aggrieved parties are at liberty to file appropriate proceedings. 5.

It is made clear that this court has not expressed any views on the merits of the matter. All contentions of both the parties are kept open.
