Heard. For the reasons recorded in the order dated 19.1.2015 protection has been granted to the Applicant. Perusal of the order reveals that said protection was granted in view of the contention of the matters for which the FIR in question is filed being already investigated by A.C.B.

The affidavit in reply marked 'X1' filed by the I.O. and particularly the matters in para 8 of it reveals that still it is not clear to the I.O. regarding the issues involved in both the FIRs. The I.O. has sought time to go through the record and considering the issue involved in those FIRs.

In the circumstances this application is disposed of by continuing ad-interim protection given to the Applicant subject to himself continuing to attend the I.O. on every Monday and Thursday in between 11.00 p.m. to 1.00 p.m. and so also on any other day on which he would be summoned by the I.O. In event the I.O. intends to effect the arrest of the Applicant for the purposes of investigation he shall give him 72 hours of advance notice. (P.D. KODE, J.) Megha
