The Applicant herein has sought anticipatory bail in Crime No.277 of 2015 registered with Band Garden Police station, Pune, for the offences punishable under sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 of the IPC.

The learned counsel for the Applicant has stated that the Applicant has filed an application for anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court, Pune and the learned Sessions Judge has declined him interim bail. It is further submitted that the application for anticipatory bail is fixed for hearing on 11.12.2015. Megha 1/2

I have perused the records and considered the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP for the Respondent -State. This application can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, to dispose of the application for anticipatory bail within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of this order and until such time the Applicant is granted interim bail.

Hence, in the event of arrest of the Applicant during the pendency of the application for anticipatory bail pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, the Applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune. Needless to state that the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, shall decide the application on its own merits. 5.
The application stands disposed of.
