These proceedings for contempt have been initiated alleging disobedience and non-compliance of the order dated 12th August 2022 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 9511 of 2022, whereby the respondents were directed to take a decision upon the grievances put-forth by the JAYANT VISHWANATH SALUNKE petitioner.
