Heard. By this appeal, the Appellant Insurance Co. Challenges the judgment and award dated 29.03.2012 passed by the MACT, Karad in MACP No.200/2009 holding that the Respondent-Claimant is entitled to sum of Rs.10500/- by way of compensation with interest @ 6%. p.a.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and the impugned order, following order is passed a.
