Heard Mr Kalekar for the Petitioners and Mrs Deshmukh, APP for the State. The Petitioners, by this Petition seek direction to the Respondents Nos 1 to 3 to investigate the offence registered vide CR No. 139 of 2015 and to file charge-sheet in the Court of competent jurisdiction.

Mrs. Deshmukh, the learned APP placed on record report dated 18th April 2017 of the Police Inspector, Anti Corruption Bureau, Solapur. The report shows that after completion of the investigation, charge-sheet is filed in the Special Court at Solapur on 17th April 2017 1/2

jsn 28-wp-4227-2016.doc and it is numbered as Special Case No. 9 of 2017. The report dated 18th April 2017, is taken on record.

In the light of the above, the grievance made by the Petitioners no more survives.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
