Heard. By this appeal, the Appellant Insurance Co. challenges the judgment and award dated 29.03.2012 passed by the MACT Karad in MACP No.201/2009 holding that the Respondent-Claimant is entitled to sum of Rs.10,300/- by way of compensation with interest @ 6% p.a.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and the impugned judgment and award following order is passed:
