This Application is preferred by the Insurance Co. for condonation of 83 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the award dated 29.03.2012 passed by the M.A.C.T. Karad in M.A.C.P. No. 201 of 2009.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments Sneha Chavan 1/2

Hence, the following order:
i) Delay of 83 days in filing First Appeal is condoned.
ii) Rule made absolute accordingly. No order is to costs.
iii) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
